According to police, Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over outside the Wynn Hotel in Vegas, where her life-saving BF, Cy Waits, is based.

Officers noticed the car leaving a "smoke trail" and made the stop.

The driver was popped for DUI (drugs, not alcohol) and reports say that when cops searched Paris, they found her in possession of a controlled substance.

Police say tests revealed the substance to be cocaine, and that the ho-tel heiress, whose World Cup arrest for pot made headlines recently, was arrested.

Doomed from the start, the happy relationship of The Bachelor star and his final rose recipient soon devolved into one of more memorable celebrity breakups of the year, culminating in an ugly, hilarious interview on The Bachelorette.

But Jake's calmed down since.

While he “absolutely” believed he'd be with Girardi for life, the upcoming guest star on Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva says “It’s okay; everything happens for a reason.”

Now he just wants Vienna, who recently started dating a new guy, John Sala, to be happy. “I hope she goes out and breaks a million hearts,” Pavelka told People.

“I don’t have any hurt feelings over it,” he says. “The whole thing was tragic and it was sad but it happened and … it really is okay. We’ll probably let a little bit of time go by, but I’m sure someday our paths will cross and we’ll be friends.”

The arrest took place at 4:30 a.m.

A former write for The Chicago Sun-Times, Mariotti is being held on $50,000 bail. In 2004, he got into a fight with a White Sox announcer who claimed Mariotti was a "fraud" for never entering the club house of the team he covered.

Spencer Pratt says he is ready to tell all.

But Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton has confirmed to The Newark Star-Ledger that his band's frontman has officially signed on as an American Idol judge.

"Steven is doing American Idol. The ink is dry on that," said Hamilton. "We'll have to work around his schedule for a new record. I hope it doesn't hurt the new momentum we've built up on this tour, because that's been so important for us as a band. But I wouldn't want to be the one standing in the way of this for him."



Hamilton added that millions of people will "see another side" to the iconic singer, describing Tyler as "witty and entertaining."

Plastic Surgeon to the Stars, Dies

Dr. Frank Ryan, a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon to the stars, has been killed in a car crash after his Jeep veered off the Pacific Coast Highway yesterday.

The doctor was just 50.

His car landed on rocks and lifeguards initially tried to help Ryan, to no avail. He was trapped in the vehicle and had major, ultimately catastrophic head injuries.

Minutes before, Ryan Tweeted: "After 25 years of driving by I finally hiked to the top of the giant sand dune on the pch west of Malibu. Much harder than it looks! Whew!" His last Tweet: "Border collie jill surveying the view from atop the sand dune."



Dr. Frank Ryan was widely criticized for the surgery he did on The Hills star Heidi Montag, who famously underwent 10 procedures in a single day earlier this year.

"He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met," Montag Tweeted after his passing.

"He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. My prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone ever blessed enough to meet him."

Octomom Pens Autobiography

Nadya Suleman, mother of 14? We know her. Nadya Suleman, drain on society? She's familiar to us too. Nadya Suleman, best-selling author? WTF!

It's true. Octomom has just finished an autobiography of her extraordinary existence as a tax dollar vacuum, mother of octuplets and six other kids.

The one potential snag? No one wants to publish it. This restores our faith in society somewhat, although we expect someone will eventually cave.

Nadya has been shopping her book around to publishers, but no one has offered her a publication deal that she wants to go with,” a source said.

“She has been talking with publishers, but is not nearing a deal."

Since she's living hand to mouth, she might want to jump at one.

Lohan Likely to Leave Rehab Early!

Friday, we reported on the very real possibility that a troubled Lindsay Lohan would be released from rehab at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital on the early side.

Now it looks like it's actually going down that way, as early as this week, according to sources close to the situation. She may be a free woman by the weekend!

Lindsay's doctors have not written a final report, but have (apparently) concluded the actress' psychiatric problems are not nearly as severe as first thought.

There were indications Lindsay was bipolar but that proved not to be the case. Additionally, her drug addiction issues are not as severe as initially believed.



The powers that be apparently think Lindsay Lohan is better already.

Lohan's issues with Adderall are well documented, but the doctors reportedly don't think it requires more inpatient care - outpatient care may begin soon.

The new judge in the case must approve any early release, of course, and you can bet that Linds' lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, will request that shortly.

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston Reach Custody Agreement

Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have reached a deal in their custody battle over son Tripp, and will not be bashing each other in public anymore, either.

For them, this is great news. For us ... boo. What fun is that?

Under the deal, filed with an Alaska Superior Court, Bristol Palin will get primary physical custody of lil' Tripp, who turns two years old this winter.

Levi Johnston will have visitation privileges, taking place between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 12-6 p.m. on Wednesdays as well.

Hopefully this doesn't conflict with his mayoral campaign.



The agreement states that Levi has to pay Bristol child support. No amount is stated, but the calculation is based on earnings of $72,000 a year.

Most intriguingly, both parties now legally agree not to "speak badly about the other parent in front of the child ... or to allow anyone else to speak badly about the other parent or members of their family in front of the child."

he singer-actress and NHL hockey player were married Saturday during an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif., according to reports. Congratulations!

Hilary, in a mermaid gown by Vera Wang, swapped vows with Mike in front of a sunset and 100 of their closest family and friends. She was escorted down the aisle by her mother Susan Duff, while sister Haylie Duff was maid of honor.

The couple, who began dating in 2007, first met on a trip when they both were visiting a resort in Idaho. "We were all on the same plane and it was kind of, I guess, maybe a bit of a fluke. She calls it ironic. No I'm kidding!" Comrie said.

Sources within the facility where she's being treated say Lindsay has taken a genuine liking to the girls, writing inspirational notes and giving advice.

Whether they should take it is another story.

As for life in rehab, 1 source close to Linds describes it as "full-on Girl, Interrupted" and according to TMZ, there is no special treatment for Lohan this time around - if anything, nurses are being harder on her to prove otherwise.

Justin Bieber has moved on from Megan Fox and Kim Kardashian.

The 16-year old singer, who has expressed fondness for both those older women and even gotten all wet with the latter for a recent Elle photo shoot, has now set his sights on two other sexy celebs. Sort of.

Speaking to the British version of OK! Weekly, Bieber made his latest famous crushes clear, although also admitted he's probably too young to date them.

"Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry are two of the hottest girls in the world - and so normal and funny with it. If I was a few years older, they are the kind of girls I'd like to date. I want a younger version of Cheryl and Katy - a mixture of two would be hot."

You can say that again, Justin!



Age difference aside, Cole is getting serious with Derek Hough, while Perry is engaged to Russell Brand.

Therefore, Justin has another idea: "Maybe they could coach me and tell me how to work out which ones are the good ones. That would be pretty awesome."

Dina Lohan needs to shut her yap.

Lindsay Lohan's enabler and mother simply will not acknowledge her kid's faults in any capacity. Unconditional love is one thing. Living in denial, babying grown adults and setting a terrible example overall are quite another.

Argumentative diva Dina appeared on the Today show Friday morning and promptly defended the behavior of Lindsay Lohan while placing all the blame on the criminal justice system, specifically the judge who sentenced her to jail.

Basically, in DinaLand, Marsha Revel refused to give Linds a free pass (which she basically got anyway from the correctional facility), therefore she sucks.

"I'm not condoning drinking and driving, but she's still paying the price for what she did in 2007," said Dina. "She's changed. She's grown up considerably."

This is not true. Lindsay repeatedly violated the very simple terms of her probation, acted like she was beyond reproach, and finally got hers. End of story.

Asked what accounted for the change, Dina told Matt Lauer, "Age. Living life. Knowing life. Growing up." Right. Whatever that means. Very convincing, Dina.

Accusing Revel of "going overboard" and "playing hardball" by ordering Lindsay to jail for 90 days (she served 13) and to rehab, Dina claims the judge recused herself from the case this week because she was about to be fired.

Lindsay "was [thrown in jail] for missing a couple of classes and was working at the time," Dina Lohan says, apparently confusing "clubbing" with "working."

Pressed about coverage of her daughter's problems, Dina said it's "propaganda," and "pre-orchestrated. You're reading things that are not based on fact."

Danielle Staub Accused of Snitching,Death Threatening by Former Lover/Drug Dealer

Throughout this season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub has been referred to as a "coke whore" by her cast mates.

But spurned ex-convict Daniel Aguilar went one step further this week, telling Radar Online the troubled reality star is a "snitchin’ coke whore." And, according to sworn testimony by Aguilar, he should know.

Last Thursday, Aguilar was deposed under oath as part of Kevin Maher's defamation lawsuit against Staub.

A former drug dealer who was arrested in a kidnapping and drug distribution scheme with Staub three decades ago, Aguilar went to jail because Staub turned on him.



He said he met Staub when she worked as a prostitute and used the names Beverly Merrill and Angela Minelli. The pair started dating and working together, with Staub approaching Aguilar at one point and asking for four kilograms of cocaine to sell to her neighbor.

Mary Delgado Popped For DUI

A slightly nutty two-time contestant and one-time winner of The Bachelor was charged with DUI this morning in Tampa, Fla. Good ol' Mary Delgado.

Mary, whose real name is Maribel Delgado, won the sixth season of the reality show and once beat up Byron Velvick, whose final rose she accepted.

Delgado, a former cheerleader with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers, faces a charge of misdemeanor DUI after refusing a blood alcohol test.

She was later released on $500 bail.

This isn't Delgado's first run-in with the law. She was arrested in 2007 in Seminole, Fla., on battery charges for allegedly punching Velvick in the face.

More than a year later, in November 2008, Mary was hauled off to jail for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in Del Rio, Texas.

The couple weathered ups, downs and beatings for years, but never married and went their separate ways in December 2009. Pretty sad story.

Kelsey Grammer filed for divorce from his third wife, former Playboy model Camille Donatacci.

Now, just six weeks later, it's been confirmed that the former sitcom star is expecting his fifth child - with 29-year old Kayte Walsh!

Speaking to London's The Daily Mail, Walsh's father gave the couple and new family his blessing:

"It's great news and we are very pleased for them both. I don't know how long they have been together and I have not met him yet, but I'm looking forward to it. We just found out about her pregnancy a couple of days ago."

A couple days, huh? That's about how long Grammer's relationships typically last.

Jennifer Lopez will NOT Judge American Idol

Following the near-confirmation that Jennifer Lopez would join the American Idol judging table next season, a new report says this will not be the case after all.

Speaking to People, the insider blamed J. Lo's dive-like behavior for the dissolution of a deal, saying: “Her demands got out of hand. Fox just had enough.”

It's true that Lopez is the only person to have the number-one album and number-one movie in the same week. It's also true that was nine years ago and she's spent more of the remaining time searching for relevancy. Perhaps she should check her ego at the Idol door.

Fantasia 911 Call

Less than 48 hours after the tragic Fantasia overdose, in which the former American Idol winner was rushed to a North Carolina hospital Monday night, the 911 call a friend placed to authorities has been released.

During the panicked conversation, an unidentified acquaintance says Fantasia is "slowly losing consciousness" after ingesting a bottle of aspirin.

The caller adds that Barrino has been placed in the shower to keep her awake and is breathing on her own. Listen for yourself:

In an interview with Access Hollywood this week, series creator Ryan Murphy was asked if he'd entertain the idea of Bieber on his Fox hit? The enthusiastic reply, according to TV Fanatic:

"I think he's so phenomenally talented and I think he's great. So, yes, if he was interested I would make that happen... the [cast sings] his stuff all day long. They sing 'Baby.'"



In just its first season, Glee showcased big-name guest stars such as Kristin Chenoweth, Neil Patrick Harris, Idina Menzel and Molly Shannon. John Stamos and Carol Burnett have already signed on for season two appearances.

A week after her bitter Twitter breakup with Josh Hansen, The Hills star is hedging her bets going forward by pursuing more than one fella interest at a time.

There are two reasons why celebrity gossip followers might believe Kim Kardashian is single:

A source adds that Kardashian will visit Austin at Cowboys' training camp in Dallas next week.

When California's controversial Prop 8 was overturned last week, many members of the Hollywood community took to the streets (and Twitter) in celebration.

No one was more thrilled to see the gay marriage ban lifted by an appellate judge than Lady Gaga, a longtime champion of gay and lesbian rights and issues.

On Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM morning show Wednesday, Gaga said she was elated, saying "Oh my gosh, I felt like it was a revolution, a gunshot went off."

"It was like setting everything into rotation, it was so exciting," the singer said. "For me, it was a moment that indicates it can happen in every state now."

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James Reunite

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James were photographed together Monday for the first time since their marriage imploded, but don't expect a romantic reunion.

We think.

The two were seen walking together outside James' West Coast Choppers shop in Long Beach, Calif., after the actress appeared at the Teen Choice Awards.

Bullock and James, who finalized their divorce in June, are on speaking terms again as James is preparing to move his family near her Austin, Tex. home.

His kids are close to Bullock, and "Jesse would not relocate his family.

Housewives of Orange County

Lynne Curtin will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County next season.

The facelifted reality star confirmed this news herself on Facebook today, writing:

"Rumor has it that I will not be returning for 'season 6.' That rumor is true!

"I am broken hearted! I was so let down the way this came about! We were the last to know! I guess Bravo has to do what they have to do! I thought we had a great relationship! I guess I was wrong! Its funny how fast offers came to us from other places! Thats how we found out we were not returning! Funny how life can be!"

Dina Lohan says her daughter Lindsay was treated like a common criminal during her stint in jail. Not the case, says another girl in there for the same thing.

“Lindsay had a lot of special treatment while she was in jail,” Katie A., who did not give her last name, likely because she is also a drunk driving idiot, said.

“The entire jail was put on lockdown any time Lindsay left her cell. She spent a lot of time in her cell, but also went to the medical clinic several times a day.”

Not only that, but “One employee of the jail had to spend his day searching the entire place for any books by Ernest Hemmingway for Lindsay,” Katie says.

“Those are the only books she would read.”
