It seems like a year ago that Carrie Prejean found herself in hot water for comments she made regarding her opposition to gay marriage at the Miss USA pageant.

That's because it was a year ago, and what a year it's been for the hypocrite since, getting engaged to Kyle Boller and stripped of clothes and a Miss California title.

As much as we'd like to forget Carrie Prejean even exists, not everyone is willing to. Particularly not the PR firm that would like to get paid for services rendered.

Blake Lively vs. Beyonce. Gossip Girl vs. Sasha Fierce. It's a fashion face-off for the ages ... or at least a Tuesday morning in March. But a hot morning now!

Tiger Woods' return to golf could get a lot dirtier.
The embattled star's former mistress, Joslyn James, said she plans to be at The Masters in Augusta, Ga., next month when Woods makes a much anticipated comeback.

We doubt Joslyn being nearby will help his focus.

Tiger Woods liked what he saw in Joslyn James, his porn star mistress. He also liked choking and spanking her, according to text messages she claims he sent her.

According to reports, Joslyn is currently planning on working at a gentleman's club just down the street from the Augusta National Golf Club. She is really out to rile him.

She has certainly become one of the more visible Tiger Woods mistresses, posting frequent updated on a new site, which talks all about her relationship with him.


Most celebrity gossip tabloids and stalkers will have to camp out down the street, in other words, or see James strip in Atlanta, where she's also going to do a "show."

She's not even getting paid, so why is she out to smear him so badly? James deserves "an apology from Tiger because he had to gall to cheat with other women."

Melissa Smith: Jesse James Texted Me ... Yesterday!

Jesse James' mistress Melissa Smith (the second one) claims she is still in touch with Sandra Bullock's husband, and he texted her as recently as ... well, yesterday.

Although their sexual affair ended in 2008, Jesse kept in contact with the 35-year-old stripper with the arrest record, even sending her a text message Thursday!

He wasn't pleased in said text.

"Jesse sent Melissa a message yesterday and she showed it to me," says a supposed friend of Melissa Smith. "It said 'I'm angry and disappointed you'd do this."

Sandra Bullock probably feels the same way about you, Jesse!

The source that was shown the message by Smith says "Melissa said that Jesse was obviously referring to the fact that she has talked publicly about their affair."

"She shared his text messages with the world - that's the funny thing about him texting her when she'd already done that - you'd think he would learn his lesson!"

That is kind of funny. Also a little ironic?

"Melissa is pretty pi$$ed about the way Jesse treated her, she thinks he just used her for sex then when he got bored he threw her aside and moved on, so she thinks he's really got some nerve texting that HE'S disappointed in HER."

Hard to argue with that, especially considering he was cheating on his wife at the time, and probably on his mistress with the other mistresses he was banging. Jerk.

Friday morning, a still-unnamed woman pushed the number of alleged Jesse James mistresses to four, claiming the two were still involved when the scandal broke.

Throughout the exchanges, Jesse repeatedly asks Daguerre to send pictures and set up rendezvous. In one exchange, Daguerre claimed Jesse wasn't letting loose.

Audrina Patridge’s Stalker: Evaluated for Insanity

he breathed a deep sigh of relief when her stalker was apprehended, but now Audrina Patridge will have to wait awhile to see what his fate will be.

Zachary Loring was arrested and placed on trial for allegedly following and harassing the “Hills” babe, but when he tried to enter a guilty plea, his attorney objected.

From there, he went on a profanity-filled tantrum before courtroom officers were able to take him into custody.

And now Loring will undergo a thorough psychological examination by two different doctors to evaluate his mental competency.

Jake Pavelka Hearts Kate Gosselin, Gets Pumped For Dancing with the Stars

Despite not being actual celebrities, and only gaining their fame through other reality shows as themselves, Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka are among the bigger names on this season of Dancing with the Stars, premiering tonight on ABC.

Report: Dr. Conrad Murray Failed to Mention Propofol

One minor point may have been omitted from Dr. Conrad Murray's initial statements about treating Michael Jackson: That he administered Propofol to the singer.

Propofol, of course, is likely what did Michael in. Details.

A paramedic report in the Jackson case, published by News of the World, reportedly says Dr. Murray withheld that fact from the EMTs on the fateful June day.

The report also states that paramedics felt Jackson was Michael dead when they got to the star's home but he demanded the icon be rushed to the hospital.

As the highest ranking medical professional present, his wish was granted. But did Dr. Conrad Murray request this only as a way to get himself off the hook?



Dr. Conrad Murray's treatment of Michael Jackson was questionable at best, criminal at worst. Officials continue to probe what the star's personal physician did June 25.

Jackson had reportedly flatlined by the time paramedics arrived at the house, and he had no blood pressure, pulse or breath. His pupils were also dilated.

According to the report, Dr. Murray told paramedics Jackson was exhausted because he couldn't fall asleep and he had given Michael Lorazepam, a sedative.

Omitting that he gave Jackson Propofol is no doubt something paramedics should have known about and will almost certainly be used by prosecutors at trial.

The Michael Jackson death timeline and conflicting statements from Murray, who faces involuntary manslaughter charges, should form the crux of their case.

Miley Cyrus to Serve as Mentor to American Idol Aspirants, Perform on Results Show This Week

She might hate the Internet, her own hit Disney show and the entire country music genre, but Miley Cyrus still has plenty of passion and expertise to go around.

The teen queen will be the celebrity mentor on American Idol this week, Fox confirms. Tuesday night will reportedly feature a Billboard No. 1 hits-themed show.

Of the 11 contestants left, three are teens: last week's sensation Siobhan Magnus, 19, Aaron Kelly, 16, and Katie Stevens, 17. Tim Urban is just 20 years old.

Of course, the three teens all took on The Rolling Stones - more than triple their age - and pleased the judges with their homages to the rock gods last week.

Will Miley be able to steer them in the right direction this week? Or will the girlfriend of Liam Hemsworth act like she's better than them? We'll soon find out ...



Miley Cyrus is promoting The Last Song this week. No doubt there will be a plug - or maybe even a track - or two from that tear-jerker when she comes to American Idol.

On Wednesday’s results show, Miley will be back to perform her hit song, “When I Look At You,” while new couple Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato will duet on “Make A Wave.”

Tiger Woods Admits "Pretty Bad Things," Living a Lie in First Interviews Since Sex Scandal

In his first two interviews since his November car crash and sordid sex scandal, Tiger Woods spoke with ESPN's Tom Rinaldi and Golf Channel's Kelly Tilghman about his "transgressions," subsequent treatment and upcoming return to golf.

The most repeated sound bite: "I've done some pretty bad things in my life."

Ya think?! But to his credit, he at least took tough questions and was sober-sounding, apologetic and maybe even sincere, unlike his February apology speech.

"I was living a life of a lie, I really was. Stripping away denial and rationalization you start coming to the truth of who you really are and that can be ugly," he said.

Of his public apology, "When you face it and you start conquering it and you start living up to it, the strength that I feel now, I've never felt that type of strength."

Apologizing to his wife Elin and mother Kultida about his many mistresses were the "low points" for Woods, who gave five minutes to both ESPN and Golf Channel.



"I hurt them the most," he said. "Those are the two people in my life who I'm closest to – and to say the things that I've done truthfully to them was very painful."

While he wouldn't go into the post-Thanksgiving meltdown, saying it's either in the police report or between Elin Woods and himself, he was asked some hard ones.

But why not seek help sooner? "I didn't know I was that bad."

On why he had so many affairs? "Just one is enough."

While we would have preferred he comment on his Joslyn James sexting, Tiger did have a great line about fans' reaction to his comeback, saying "It would be nice to hear a couple claps here and there ... I hope they clap for birdies too."

Tiger also confirmed he's not finished with treatment.

"As far as my schedule going forward," he said. "I don't know what I'm going to do. What I know I have to do is become a better person, and that begins with more treatment. Just because I'm competing again doesn't mean I'm done."

Lady Gaga Ex-Boyfriend Sues Her For $30.5 Million

Rob Fusari, a songwriter, music producer and ex-boyfriend of Lady Gaga, is suing the singer for $30.5 million, claiming she owes him that much in royalties.

He filed his lawsuit in a Manhattan court on Wednesday.

In court papers, Fusari describes how he took notice of the quirky singer and "saw a star" when she first sang in his New Jersey studio back in March 2006.

Fusari says that over the course of several months, he worked with her daily and "radically reshaped her approach," co-writing some songs on her album.

"Paparazzi" and "Beautiful Dirty Rich" are among those songs he claims he worked on, and, he says even suggested she adapt the stage name Lady Gaga.




Can Rob Fusari claim credit for those panties too?

The pop star herself claimed in a 2009 interview that she came up with the Lady Gaga persona about "five years ago, but Gaga's always been who I am."

The collaborators became romantic around May 2006 and created a joint business venture to promote her, in which Fusari would get 20 percent of profits.

He says he scored her a record deal with Universal Music Group's Interscope Records, and as a result, The Fame has sold over three million records to date.

He did not claim credit for planting the hermaphrodite rumors.

Although Fusari has a producing credit on the Grammy-winning album, he says he's owned 20 percent of song royalties and 15 from merchandising revenue.

"All business is personal," the filing by the producer reads, noting that his business relationship with Gaga deteriorated after their personal one fell apart.

Ke$ha Wants to Breast Feed Justin Bieber

when it comes to Justin Bieber, Ke$ha has the same opinion as millions of girls around the world: AWWWW!!!

Actually, the outspoken singer takes her view of the young singer a bit further. In the latest issue of Maxim, this is what Ke$ha said about the 16-year old:
